What data we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and payment details (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number). When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address only. We do not collect names, addresses, or phone numbers unless you provide them voluntarily.
How we use your data
Purchase emails are used to deliver your download link and process any refund requests. Waitlist emails are used to notify you when the Channel Manager opens for early access. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage
Email addresses and purchase records are stored in Supabase (EU region). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Download links are time-limited signed URLs that expire after 24 hours.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool, to understand how visitors use this website. Clarity records anonymous session data including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour (heatmaps and session replays). Clarity automatically masks sensitive fields such as passwords and payment inputs. No personally identifiable information is collected through Clarity. Data is processed by Microsoft — see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Stripe may set a cookie during the checkout process for fraud prevention. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and local storage to associate session recordings with visits.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@rr-housings.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Purchase records are retained for 6 years for tax compliance purposes (HMRC requirement). Waitlist emails are deleted upon your request or when the waitlist closes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email where we hold your address.
