Rest & Relax sells digital products (PDF guides and spreadsheet tools) for short-term rental operators. All products are delivered electronically via a time-limited download link sent to your email address.

2. Licence

Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with third parties. The content remains the intellectual property of Rest & Relax.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you apply the system and do not see measurable improvement in bookings or revenue, email hello@rr-housings.co.uk with your order reference for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.

4. Download links

Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue. If your link expires before you download the file, contact us and we will issue a new link.

5. No guarantees of specific results

The 30-day money-back guarantee is conditional on applying the systems described. Results vary based on property location, market conditions, and implementation. Nothing in these products constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
